BHI has been awarded numerous USPTO patents and International patents for our Dielectric Energy Storage Technology and the Dense Energy Ultra-Cell (DEUC). The patents cover our novel dielectric material, synthesis, the DEUC Device and DEUC device fabrication.
Our novel dielectric material can be used to fabricate a DEUC Element using conventional multilayer ceramic capacitor processes.
